They were amazingly fast. We had just lost of our other family dogs and I just wasn't ready to let my dog be away from me cause she was feeling the missing link. So I gave it a shot expecting to be scammed, but that's where I was wrong. I felt like I had been missing out on the last 8 years seeing that I'm doing this with her at 8yrs old, but very glad I did. I received my kit within a few days. If you're wondering if you should do this, please do! You won't regret it.

What is the extra charge of 8.99, just wanted to renewal I have all the extra things
Super easy! But a few things you should know I never received the questionnaire to receive my ESA until I reached out to support and they told me that I never completed it when I have no login what so ever. Over all I definitely recommend! Just reach out to support and they will help you!
This was quick and easy. I am still waiting on the vest and things but other than that the process was easy and helped me out a lot for taking my dog wherever I go with no questions.
