It wasn't bad it just took longer to get my letter than it should have. I had to request it twice before it was finally sent to me. I also received an additional charge that I know nothing about & didn't authorize.
The process is easy, just filling out info and writing a short essay about your condition. Papers arrived in a couple days by email. Ability to order registration card and certificate which has really helped.
Only negative is too many emails after that showing other things to buy.

Why are you mentioning a 2nd pet when I already entered her information?
I got an email saying I was approved for the esa but when I clicked on the link it said it was either expired or not approved. But, I did receive the kit with the approvel letter and vest.

BEING ABLE TO BRING MY CHOW CHOW WITH ME TO THE HOTEL FOR MY GRANDSONS WEDDING IN TEXAS WAS A BLESSING. I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not. I needed to be able to take my pet with me as we move around on military orders and it was perfect, my pet was able to fly with us in cabin and stay with us at our motel. My doctor wasn't able to get me in within my time frame to do the paperwork for her to be considered my ESA pet by filling out the very few questionnaires on this site my pet was able to be by my side through all our travels and motel stays without any problems.

I paid and then got nothing. I had to reach out to find out where my documents were and was then told there was a technical issue. I was then asked to fill out a bunch of questionnaires even though I had already paid in full. Took multiple days, then took more days to be sent the recertification. Even though the technical error was the fault of Support Pets, nothing was sent with expedited shipping and they only fixed the issue after I had to reach out multiple times. Again, issue was on their side and the took my payment in full and sent nothing until I emailed multiple times.
