BEING ABLE TO BRING MY CHOW CHOW WITH ME TO THE HOTEL FOR MY GRANDSONS WEDDING IN TEXAS WAS A BLESSING. BECAUSE WE HAD JUST GOT HER A WEEK BEFORE GOING DOWN, THERE AND DID NOT PLAN TO HAVE A DOG AT THE TIME OF THE WEDDING. WE WERE NOT PLANNING ON GETTING A DOG UNTIL WE MOVED IN AUGUST. BUT THE LORD OPENED DOORS SOONER AND BLESSED US WITH STORMI, A PURE-BRED CHOW CHOW, WITH PAPERS.SHE IS SUCH A BLESSING TO ME AND IS TRULY A SUPPORT TO ME.
A bit pricey, but the speed and ease of process is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not. I needed to be able to take my pet with me as we move around on military orders and it was perfect, my pet was able to fly with us in cabin and stay with us at our motel. My doctor wasn't able to get me in within my time frame to do the paperwork for her to be considered my ESA pet by filling out the very few questionnaires on this site my pet was able to be by my side through all our travels and motel stays without any problems.

I paid and then got nothing. I had to reach out to find out where my documents were and was then told there was a technical issue. I was then asked to fill out a bunch of questionnaires even though I had already paid in full. Took multiple days, then took more days to be sent the recertification. Even though the technical error was the fault of Support Pets, nothing was sent with expedited shipping and they only fixed the issue after I had to reach out multiple times. Again, issue was on their side and the took my payment in full and sent nothing until I emailed multiple times.

The service was nice to be able to do online however I wish I had been more knowledgeable about what I needed unfortunately for me they only allow one ESA pet where i moved to and then the second cat would have been an different type of which I did not grt that type of licensing and they said I had to get rid of one of my cats still. It's so traumatic and unfair the place but it's enforced. I wish I could have talk to someone in person but I'm gratefu
