They claim to get approvals and ESA letters issued within 48hours of getting a pet registered however, mine took 18 days total to get any approval documents. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times via phone call, email & their live chat on the website but kept getting told it was being worked on with no time frame as to when that would be finished every time.

The package that was advertised was false. It was supposed to come with A FREE ID CARD, second pet Free and documents. ALL I GOT WAS DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE THE WRONG NAME ON THEM AND THEY WONT FIX IT WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD.

I didn't get my papers on time. Having that conversation with my apartment was stressful but they understood. I did receive them though and have no more issues.
