Great experience except I had to order the vest separate (whenI place the order online for my documentation it was a bit confusing (I thought I had ordered and pd for documentation and gear)...

I found that I need to get therapy and I ordered the wrong sized vest for my animal.
Only received one dog backpack and paid for 2. So I can only take one dog into the store with me. Not cool.
I send email to upgrade my esa letter and they responded very fast and resolved my problem

Updated review - After 48 hours, there was no communication about the status of my ESA documents. So, I reached out to check on status. The payment of $120 already cleared at this point. For whatever reason my initial questionnaire was never received. I was resent the questionnaire via email. I completed the questionnaire a 2nd time. Another 48 hours goes by. No communication on update of ESA documents. I reached out again. I'm told that they are having issues with processing/completing my ESA documents. No time frame can be provided. About a day later I get an email stating my ESA documents has been approved and is ready to view. The link provided in the email to view my ESA documents did not work. I reach out again to say that the link is not working. I am sent another link. That link doesn't work. I reach out again and this time the ESA documents are included in the email as an attachment rather than a link. Took about 2 weeks to get the ESA documents. Very frustrating process, communication was poor and the quality of service was poor. I would not recommend.

You don't even send a support outfit for a dog to wear…. This was my first dog ever a rescue
