UI needs Work

The intake UI needs to be more specific on actually conforming that you are reviewing up to 2 pets, and not just the first pet that you enter. In the intake questionnaire, I added info for 2 pets, Cat A and Cat B, but after I reached the end, it only mentioned Cat A by name and nothing about the second pet. I had to email support because it wasn't clear in your FAQ's or help on the site how 2 pet certification works and it's VERY confusing to the user, to the point I almost didn't buy your product, because the multi-pet was not addressed well on the UI, hindering the User Experience and almost costing you a sale. I'm happy that both pets got certified, but clearer informative needed to be available upfront. I washed a lot of Time and effort to get ambiguous answers.

Good but spammy

I am grateful for the paper work received and the attention to the matter of getting a ESA however, it is extremely frustrating on how much spam I have gotten. Can unsubscribe or report as spam as I was waiting on paper work. I has gotten several emails stating I had a message within the portal, however when I log in there was nothing to be found. That is my only complaint,

I wish you wouldn't have written a letter regarding my "stress" level explaining to my perspective landlord so it looks like I'm a stress case! It should have been confidential 🤐 since hippa is a requirement.

I've been using support pets to keep my loved ones registered as emotional support animals all the way since Covid and they just make it super easy to get the care I need for my pets. And not a bad price at all for what you're getting. I bought the ESA vest all the way back in 2022 and it still fits my pup today in 2026.

I can't seem to get into the portal. I never signed up or there's no option to create. It says my password isn't set when I do forgot my password. Another issue is it was supposed to be for my dog Legend and my cat Kali but it says Kali & Sophia. We don't have Sophia.

Too many emails

You have and continue to barrage me with emails. I just needed the information on what I ordered. ESA Documents, digital i.d., and the gear. I have received everything from training, information on documents for service dog, psychiatric service dog, vet service, insurance. MANY emails are repeats. It becomes VERY confusing! As I said I just needed the information, documents, digital i.d. and gear that I ordered … if I need or want anything else I will go to the Support Pets website. Please stop barraging me with emails. Thank you.
