Not sure what was going on this time for my renewal but it took 25 days to receive my documents! I called every few days and emailed every few days and no one had an answer for me. I never had this issue renewing before, hope I don't next time. I truely have a service dog and needed this papers, I got them 2 days before my other ones expired
