I received the ESA documents but I have not received the tag and support pet harness/jacket. Each time I've tried to contact support the call won't go through and the emails come back undeliverable. Very frustrating because I've used their services a couple years now.

My only problem is that I needed clear definition for what each pet was for since I have 2 pets I applied for at the same time.
Took 2 weeks to get my letter got my letter but could not access my portal to receive it myself. Took over a month and a half to 2 to get my dogs gear.

I always use their services for my 2 services dog. I am disabled and I have to wait for a sale to appear as its expensive for me otherwise. The charge for 1 dog and the other is free.
