After taking the test my dog was vetted by a licensed professional Medical Doctor ensuring of not only that my dog was a certified ESA but also that he qualified to become a Support Animal. I have been wanting to make my dog an ESA since a long time ago. My dog calmed my PTSD symptoms ever since he was a puppy. His level of intuition have demonstrated me that he is capable of being an effective ESA so I decided to make it official to be able to get that support not only at home but also in public.

This process was incredibly simple and very convenient! I love that I can travel with ease knowing that she is a qualified ESA. I didn't get the vest but I did get the tag that can locate her, if ever lost or stolen. I also like that it was all done remotely. No in-person moments which was very convenient and made for a quick process.

The application process was quick and easy. I received my ESA paperwork documentation within a reasonable delivery time and was able to submit it to my landlord. When my landlord required my doctor to fill out a form stimulating my need for an ESA, Support Pets Customer Service was able to quickly assist me in sending the scanned document to them for doctor review.
