Not the easiest to do, I ordered items then was told I didn't order them and my bank confirmed I made purchase so I had to do all over again, not very easy to get in contact with someone but in the end it all worked out, need a better process system and easier way to contact support, thank you

I really appreciate being able to take my emotional support dog with me, however I didn't realize that it would cost over $400. I continued with the process because I had just lost my 16 year old dog and didn't want my other dog to feel aloneness. Of course next year it won't cost quite as much as I already have the vest,etc.

The letter worked as intended, which is amazing in itself, im told I'll get a letter within 2 days. I didnt even get a follow up email 4 days later, I had to reach out to support twice. Took 2 weeks to get my letter, not 2 days

I would have given a 5 star rating but I gave a 4 because the Certification is only good for one year instead of a lifetime which is a pain to have to keep paying and renewing the certification.
