After receiving my original documents showing my 2 animals were approved as ESA, my new landlord needed extra paperwork, which I found very frustrating, but support pets helped me out and got them exactly what they were wanting. I was worried, but after emailing and explaining my situation, support pets got right on it, and helped me out with the extra paperwork. I appreciate all of your help, from the original approving of my 2 animals, to the extra paperwork needed by my landlord. I am now good to go for my new apartment. You are the absolute worst company to deal with! There's no way to get in touch w/a human. Every time we contacted you a new ticket was created making it chaotic. You messed up the document & we waited weeks if not a month for a new one. The Landord letter took well over 2 weeks to get, possibly also close to a month.
Very, very, very poor customer service & we are not recommending your company to anybody!

I received my ESA papers and everything is great with that! However, I was charged for the gear package that includes the "official vest" and Yada Yada whatever else but I never received it and when I emailed about getting a refund, I never received a response back and didn't get my refund. Not very happy about that.
