I received my ESA papers and everything is great with that! However, I was charged for the gear package that includes the "official vest" and Yada Yada whatever else but I never received it and when I emailed about getting a refund, I never received a response back and didn't get my refund. Not very happy about that.

The process to obtain the emotional support certificate for my dog was very quick and simple. I recently applied for a new apartment, and they accepted Joy's certificate without any issues. I didn't have to pay a deposit for her, nor do I have to pay monthly fees for having her in the new apartment. I would recommend them with confidence! Thank you, team!
