My shipment said it would be deliver in 4-6 weeks but had arrived in 1-2 weeks. They had the doctor sign the documents and I had received a folder for all of my ESA information with a pet tag and a card for him. I was very please and will recommend!

After talking to a therapist, they suggested find or training a dog to be my emotional support animal. After doing some research I came upon this site. Filled out all the questions and gave me the same response my therapist gave. I got my dog registered as my support animal.

The vests are too big and I sent a text but never got a response back. The paper work doesn't do anything if I don't have vests that fit them
