My only issue was that the vest that was sent was too small, even after adjustment. My dog only weighed 51/2 lbs at the vet clinic and that was on7/19 for her checkup. I used the Weight chart given on the web site which said to get her an xxs. When it came in would not fit around her waist. I did go online and order another vest and size. Will be traveling with her mid September and hope it arrives on time

I've had esa for a year now. Last year was a mess with my landlord trying to say my esa was not good enough! But I contacted legal aid and got my pet deposit back! Thankfully. This time when we reordered her esa we got all the extra stuff to help us prove she is a esa pet.
