I placed my order and received an email with a link to view my documents but needed to reset my password in order to see my letter and I wasn't receiving the link to reset my password. I then submitted a help request on the website and still did not receive a response. I honestly thought I was getting scammed and had lost my money. I tried to get to their 24/7 live chat and there isn't any way to reach them that way either, it goes to the FAQs. I then emailed the support team and asked for help and received an email right away from CJ. I appreciate his help in giving me my documents and responding quickly.
