My actual ESA expires on OCTOBER 2024, and since I have been getting so many emails about renewal I decided to go for it BUT expecting to be starting from OCTOBER not from the date I summit the renewal. That was so disappointing! Plus the renewal came back dated for the same year instead of the new year I pay for.

I was able to print out the letters with in 48 hrs. I was disappointed that they are only good for 1 yr. The extras I purchased, I'm still waiting for. I have emailed customer service to get results.

I had a very good experience with support pets.very fast response and approval.I would recommend them for every one that needs to keep their pets close.How ever I did only receive documentation for one of my pets instead of both of them, but I'm sure it just got overlooked and will be resolved quickly. I would still recommend them to anyone
