The one thing I didn't like about my experience was support is that I had nobody to talk to on the phone. It was no live representation to represent The company and I don't feel like the website is beginner friendly but I did receive my stuff. I just hope they don't have to contact them away for email or text message.

Experience was okay. I had to field several emails for the savings. And I agree with the price I paid but I don't see the over seven hundred dollars in perceived value of just a few documents. Also, it would have been nice to speak with a doctor to better understand each individual situation. The letters are nice but somewhat vague in the context of justifying the reason for a esa. But overall I am happy.

It was a quick process to become certified but there are a bunch of emails and prompts to "upgrade" and buy more packages. In a response to opt out of an offer, it was "no, I don't care about my pet." That was a bit much.

It was a really easy process to make it possible to bring your furry companion anywhere you go and don't need to worry about them at a sitter and be worrying about them and being stressed out instead of having fun when your gone

When i applied they mentioned only a payment of $87.00 then charged the credit card 299.00 with no explanation i had to contact them a few times in order for someone to explain the amount apparently they charge a separate fee for doctor to sign among the house & travel which they do not say on there.
