This is a great service. It allows you the owner to have your support/service animal to be when & where you need them to be. In this day & age of PTSD this extremely important for the veterans & their family members. This takes the problems & guess work out of play for those who question you as to whether your need for a support/service animal.

I'm hearing impaired/ legally deaf. Would like to know about any special training for her, too. I only got housing and travel documents. No certificate or anything.

They didn't give me my stuff till about four days after. When I talked with an agent, he was so mean and wouldn't answer my questions directly. The specialist who reached out because even after the 48hr mark no one sent my paperwork up, she was very nice. They did charge me twice and I'm still waiting on a refund.
