It's been a while that I needed to have my dog certified. Now that I'm shopping for an apartment having her certified as an ESA widens my choice of available apts. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the cost was initially stated as $99.00 and then when I went to check out it shot up to $134. Also, it is not clear what I was getting for that amount, everything is at an additional cost.
