The experience was misleading at best. Initially the applicant is told the vest and other accessories were included, then you are told you have to purchase a vest, leash, etc...

We have had a very good experience, with the program. However I have 1 problem. Both dogs are on Ryder's certificates, cards and paperwork. This is NOT correct, Nipsey belongs on his own certificate, card and paper work due to the fact he is my daughters emotional support. Nipsey is NOT my dog he only lives at our house temporarily due to my daughter moving in for a bit. The two of them will be moving out by December of 2025. Please let me know how we can fix this mistake promptly. I don't know if I should mail back Ryder's information back so you guys can separate the two dogs. I will need Nipsey to be on my daughters account. Her name is Deja Hill, DOB 01/25/1999. Deja and Nipsey have been together for about 6 years. Please tell me how to move forward fixing this mistake. I do apologize for any inconvenience this is causing, however we need Nipsey to have his own certificate, card, paperwork and vest. My card isn't up until next year. I believe I paid extra for a extra year not sure but they said it was a mistake I don't think it was. So I'm not to happy with that.
