Tried to recover my documents but I kept having problems creating my login information, tried for several days until I discovered that the problem is that they don't like the "-" dash symbol. Took forever. Finally once that sunk in it was relatively easy. I've had the help of the customer support team all the way so that made it good. Hoping things go better from here on out.
