The process was simple. I did not like however that a place that is helping people with emotional support because of depression, anxiety and others. And when you don't upgrade your purchase to include extras you have to select "no I don't care about my animal that much" I understand sales tactics but I think that was extremely insensitive and made it really hard for me to click but I knew it was not necessary for my situation.

A note from my therapist was enough however I spent unnecessary money out of fear. You do not need both. It's great in a pinch. I wish their was an option for a refund.

The process was quick and easy! My only heads up is when it asks how many dogs you have its going to register the amount you pick! So if you have 3 dogs but only want one registered, when it asks how many you have, say 1.

I'm very happy with how fast the response came in with my ESA documents! Even when I had question the online chat support was very helpful and available to me at a time when most businesses were closed- so it was convenient for my schedule. Now I'm waiting to receive my order for an ESA vest, ESA leash, and Genius Tag! I can't say how excited I am for the Genius Tag, a non-invasive way to look for my pet if they ever get lost really gives me alot of peace of mind.
