The cost is exorbitant, and the communication strategy is utterly relentless, with over 10 emails in 24 hours. Requiring clients to watch a redundant video just to download the paid-for documents is a cheap tactic to drive engagement. You need to stop suffocating your clients with email

The experience was seamless. I received my documents in less than 48 hours and everything was easy to forward to my landlord. I was skeptical, but within 48 hours, I was a believer. Setting up the account and paying for the service, was a breeze. However, I've tried to get an answer to a question on three separate occasions, and all I get is the same response, which is an answer to a question that I did not ask, and had nothing to do with what I do need answered. They've made it impossible to call and speak with a person. This policy needs to change.

Very fast and easy experience. Had an issue with forgetting my 2nd dog who I no longer have was on the ESA letters and Support Pets was able to remove her in less than 24hrs, plus send my new ESA documents. Highly recommended.

I can't explain the pain in loss and I've had to feel the true meaning of loosing all my family and I was not in a good place loosing my way and path, until I got my girl. My Cat is truly a life changing cat and has too truly be where I am. It's quite remarkable how people say dogs are the only thing that are smart. My cat's not only truly unique, but trained to be my friend for life and I can't explain how much she's helped but I'm glad there's a program, just like this to keep them safe and trackable in case they get lost.
