I got the link from a friend so I was confident it'd work, but I didn't expect it to be this easy. I answered a few questions, paid 50 bucks per pet and 24 hours later I got an email my documents were ready.

Filled out the info on a phone and could not choose my state since it wouldn't let me scroll past M's. I then went to PC to finish. It took most of the info from the phone interaction but not all and didn't prompt me for the info again, requiring them to follow up with me for details I had provided but didn't stick. Then when the documents were completed there wasn't a link on the webpage to the documents. I had to live chat with support. She was awesome, got the document and refunded the double payment I hadn't realized had happened. So customer support is 5, web interface is 1. Overall 3

I submitted all of the answers to my questions and received my e- documents via email after I completed the tasks within 48 hours. I am still awaiting my physical card and vest for the extra package that I purchased.

My dog has previously been an ESA. However, the website we used to get his papers from now requires a signature from your pcp. I must say this was a very fast and easy experience trying to get a ESA for my dogs. It is also very affordable. Now I don't have to worry about my furry friends who help me with my anxiety's to have to leave. Support Pets got me my ESA within 24 hours of submitting my request. I don't find it very user friendly and I had a challenging time getting information. I purchase the same package last year & received the id card for Dolce & this time, I guess because h did it electronically I did not get a id card. I already gave a vest but I thought yearly, I would get the id badge to carry with me in my wallet. It looks like it's an extra $1.00 for a id badge and now h gave 2 pets. Getting the jacket my mail included the Certificate and u don't remember paying extra. I had to as an agent Dheena to send je Linnie for easy access
