For me being human I would keep it nice and short to say speechless... response back was on time quicker than I expected there was an issue with my order that I mistake had ordered two things by mistake and I explained and I provided all the info that they asked for and I was refunded sooner than what the pre recorded thing said. The process was super easy and it was super fast. It said 24-48 hours and it wasn't even a full day. A lady was texting me through the process as well in case I needed anything. The whole process was great and fast!

A little confused, I didn't get a call from a dr for my esa letter. I don't know what you sent was enough for the apartment complex I'm trying to rent in. They need a dr note saying why I'm approved for esa pets

Process was super simple and direct, only thing I didn't like was that you select have to select cat vs dog, and then are required to input a dog breed into a drop down menu. I only have a cat, and I don't love that on official documents it refers to him as a "Cat (chihuahua)" besides that process is easy and I really appreciated the ease of use.

I had problems every step of the way. I had to go through the questionnaire five times. I wrote the essay three times. When I called Customer Service they went out of their way to help me. And I needed a lot of help. They were there with me every step of the way and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.

I feel that my approval for my ESA was very fast and efficient. The only thing I wish could improve is that I wish that the digital ID was able to have a photo of my ESA.

A radio buttons checklist would be customer friendly when requesting ESA review presenting an option to check radio buttons of items interested in purchasing once approved would be nice with the initial review to reduce the amount of emails that the customer receives after approval. The number of emails were overwhelming and a bit confusing and radio buttons at the beginning of the process would customize the experience from the start once approved, the customized radio button checklist would be the email sent to the customer for them to verify those of the items that they wanted with individual prices instead of package deals that include items that the customer may not want

The entire process was simple, fast and very affordable. In less than 24 hours all of my worries melted away thanks to Support Pets! My dog is my life and without her I truly couldn't get out of bed some days so when I found myself on a time crunch needing to find housing I was so terrified that I wouldn't be able to take my furbaby with me. Thanks to Support Pets I was able to prove that my dog is my official ESA…she now has the paperwork to prove it. I was able to qualify for housing and my furbaby can be with me where she belongs!
