I had problems every step of the way. I had to go through the questionnaire five times. I wrote the essay three times. When I called Customer Service they went out of their way to help me. And I needed a lot of help. They were there with me every step of the way and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.
I feel that my approval for my ESA was very fast and efficient. The only thing I wish could improve is that I wish that the digital ID was able to have a photo of my ESA.

A radio buttons checklist would be customer friendly when requesting ESA review presenting an option to check radio buttons of items interested in purchasing once approved would be nice with the initial review to reduce the amount of emails that the customer receives after approval. The number of emails were overwhelming and a bit confusing and radio buttons at the beginning of the process would customize the experience from the start once approved, the customized radio button checklist would be the email sent to the customer for them to verify those of the items that they wanted with individual prices instead of package deals that include items that the customer may not want

The entire process was simple, fast and very affordable. In less than 24 hours all of my worries melted away thanks to Support Pets! My dog is my life and without her I truly couldn't get out of bed some days so when I found myself on a time crunch needing to find housing I was so terrified that I wouldn't be able to take my furbaby with me. Thanks to Support Pets I was able to prove that my dog is my official ESA…she now has the paperwork to prove it. I was able to qualify for housing and my furbaby can be with me where she belongs! It was very clear to request the ESA document, but was not clear the cost part... when i was selecting which option i wanted, i thought that only 99 USD was the total cost, but then i got a charge of 87 USD in my credit card

I continue to choose this service simply because for one they give continuous reminders which is always good for me, because I can't remember anything, they make sure that Chevy stays certified.And of course, i'm able to have chevy at home with me in my apartment that has a very strict, no animal's policy. I am having a difficult time getting my ESA approved with my property manager. She is requesting to speak with someone and has yet been able to. I tried calling and there was an option to leave a voicemail, but not a single point of contact. This almost feels like a scam, or I wasted my money on these documents. I am feeling discouraged and a little upset. I have sent emails that are not getting responded to as well.
