Easy to use fast but only flaw is they don't tell you the tracker comes free with your pet and I paid for it. They also want you to buy the whole package vrs buy the items you only need.

The website is not user friendly stating contact customer support as if there is a chat or a phone number when I was only able to find an email. Furthermore, I am still unclear if I purchased the genius tag or if it was included in my package. I might have been over charged.
