I requested help and to get some information I was told I'd get an email within 48 hours. Unacceptable. I should've gotten it right away. I'm just not happy right now with this situation

My only complaint is the constant emails to renew, even after I did. Once I signed back up and paid, the ducuments didn't have the correct expiration date. This was fixed within a couple days, and well before the original documents expired. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Confusing website. Not clear what you are suing for and then there are add-ones. After you pay and think you've paid for everything including a harness, you are asked to buy a harness as a separate item. Very user unfriendly website
