My experience was good with getting my dog registered as a support dog however I found it to be confusing regarding ID card and necessary hard copy documents. I feel 3 to 4 weeks is a bit long wait to receive the required harness.

I need an ESA for my anxiety and depression and it was easily done through this experience. I didn't get the bundle but would have if it were less expensive, or if you could select things individually. Overall,I had a good experience and this is my second year having an ESA.
