Overall, the experience was quite positive. I learned a great amount about support pets and about the laws related to them. My only negative comment is that the prompts were a bit too aggressive with respect to selling additional products. (I did actually purchase another product and am finding it totally informative and useful.)

I ordered some other things but there was no where to rush order. I would have paid to overnight my order. Harness ect...I really don't know if I will still be here by the time it arrives.
