I had a little trouble I had one of dogs that's passed, I for got to let them know about. But the customer support team was right there to pull me out. Because I gave the wrong email. It did say I would get vest her cards and another item if I spent so much on this up grade. I did it. Then it told me to go to this other page to watch a vedio I did, then it said buy vest, I was like no I have it. Long story short it wouldn't let go to get my documents unless I paid. I already spent to much money, I am on limited income. So customer services sent it to me. I was stressing out I was on the end of my rope, I'm already in dept because what I bought for my dog, but she deserves to be noticed. And she came to me loven on me, I calmed down and customer services fixed it. Great job.
