When I joined I was charged 3 times on my charge card. I did not receive a confirmation number at that time. On the online system I did send an email. I would rather have solved it immediately by speaking to customer service. It was very frustrating trying to find a phone number for your company. For better customer support rather than having to wait for a online response, you might want to publish your phone number to establish faster service.

Was charged two separate times one for $87 and another for $107.99? Plus vest n tag or leches aren't free. Then have to pay more for other forms? Come on quit sugarcoating in advertising just have prices listed upfront for people to see. Yes it was easy to get but still cost. As for me with my anxiety/ptsd/ depression it was hard to cope with cost in my budget. Not impressed.

Extremely frustrating since support won't respond to my emails regarding incorrect information on the ESA documents. I have contacted them 3 times and emailed once, yet no action has been taken.
