I have greatly appreciated having these documents as I travel and go to certain grocery stores. Having Abby Lou at my side makes this an easier task for me. And without her by my side I get very distressed and can forget why I am there and with her being able to travel with me I feel safe in going places that I would not travel by myself.

I am getting ready to move over 1,000 miles away. Just me and my dog…my kids are staying here and not going with me. Without Luna I would be totally lost. I had no idea I could get this so fast. Throughout the whole process, it was quick and simple to keep my dog taken care of, the only thing I'd recommend to change is tracking on orders, I've been fighting my landlord on this and still may end up getting evicted due to no tags received when they said delivered.

I enjoyed how easy it was to get my ESA documents. My only complaint is that my actual diagnosis are not mentioned in the letter. And I have Panic Disorder and PTSD, so I do actually need an ESA. And eventually a Service dog.
