When I started the process, I was under the impression that this was to be $99, but I was charge $142.99 which i don't understand but I need this so I didn't complain til now. Other than that everything else was easy to use and nice.

Really enjoyed how fast the service was. I had my ESA letter within 48 hours of clicking on the website. Two things I did not like is how long of a video I had to watch before I could get access to my letter and the fact that my letter says my disability. I personally do not believe the person I am renting from should know why.
