I was struggling with another online ESA service because they couldn't provide me with diagnosis to approve my pets as ESA. They kept denying my dogs after I explained again and again regarding the reasons I needed them. The other service didn't have licensed medical professionals. They only had therapists. I was so upset with them and had to change service provider. Support Pets has been such a great help because Support Pets has licensed medical providers who can provide diagnosis and provided my letter in 24 hours. I have been super anxious because I was afraid that I couldn't move with my dogs for my new job. I couldn't give them up. Thank you for letting my dogs stay with me.
The process was very easy and now I know that I'll be able to have my talk lady with me at all times as she is what keeps me stress-free keeps me happy

Wasn't in the market for services when I first input my information so the pushy sales almost pushed me away. But eventually I needed the service and so I purchased it. The process is a little misleading though because you think that you're getting more than you get and have to purchase other things that you might like to get to like a vest. But overall I am glad to have done it.

Moved from out of state. Applied for an apartment that didn't mention my breed was restricted. They said are dogs were allowed. Had to transfer my ESA credentials to a new state and they got it done in less than 48 hours.

So easy I signed up while riding shotgun with my husband and my dog in my lap.
I have cancer and have been in treatment off and on for the last nine years. My first ESA Gideon ( Yorkshire Terrier) passed away unexpectedly at the age of one, from a genetic brain disease.
I've had my new ESA for five years now ( Gibson ( Yorkshire Terrier as well)
He goes on every trip with me, but I do sometimes get push back about him. And that can be very stressful.
