This is my second time using this since last two years ago I had to get ESA approved for my cat. It felt sketchy because during the pay process it ask you if you want certain assistance which you can uncheck but if you do that it has you pay more. I was a bit confused and last year I was able to get way more things for free than this year. Also I never said anything because I wasn't sure if I'd ever get anyone's attention but I never got my certificate saying my cat was ESA certified.
