Dodged a bullet

Thank you to those who were honest and took the time to write reviews on this HORRIBLE company. I was fixing to buy a product but something, the man up above, told me to look into this company a bit more. Its a shame that is company is scamming innocent hard working people from their $$.

SCAM ARTISTS

This company will scam you... They don't answer the phone, lie, and give you wrong tracking numbers to other people. Placed an order and they never sent it till I cancelled the order with them and my credit card co. They claimed 3-10 business days to ship, WRONG they don't ship till pressed. They finally answered the phone on day 12 and miraculously they shipped a partial order out that night. They make a shipping label right away, but never send the product. When my order did show up it had no packing slip and I was only sent half of my order. When I did get a hold of them they claimed they sent the whole order. Upon weighing the contents of the box and items it showed only partial shipment. They refuse to send the rest of my order. I talked to the local prosecutor and since it is an internet crime they advised me to contact the FBI internet crime complaint center which I am pursuing now. This company needs to be shut down. They have been doing this scam for years on what I can read. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... SCAMMERS...

Placed several orders and was promised delivery within 10 business days. I sent several emails, called the wrong # listed, tried to chat live (but never works) and was repeatedly lied to. My orders sat around for 3 weeks with their thumbs up their asses before they even shipped it. I will be disputing the charges with my bank,

Ordered an item. Never came and telling me it is out of stock. Would have a appreciated an email telling me but nothing. Ordered from them again and chatted with them to verify that they had it in stock. They confirmed and I placed the order. Time goes by and nothing. Chatted with them about 6-8 times. They keep saying they will send it but the status of my ordered remained "Processing". Finally shipped and now it it missing one of the items. Will never do business with them again. The only positive is that issue refunds right away.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I wish I had read the reviews prior.
I ordered on December 28th, they shipped half of my order (cheaper of the 4 items) without any warning, so when I opened the box, I had about $20 of an $80 order. It is now 6 FEB and I still have not received the other half of my order. I checked the tracking number they sent yesterday and it said USPS was awaiting my order (they printed the label on 31 JAN and did not drop anything off for shipping until 5 FEB). Again, no communication, no apologies. Will see what is in the package this time, hopefully, all is good to go. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ELSE USE THEM EITHER. THEY SUCK.

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing anything from supplement geeks.com. Horrible customer service. They won't answer their phone and they won't return messages. I ordered over $70 in protein powder and thought it was great that they shipped "Fedex". However it took about a week for any movement of the item and then Fedex handed package off to USPS who "delivered the package with my leasing office". There is no package to be found. Supplementgeeks refuses to take responsibility since they have "proof of delivery". There is no signature with delivery like there always is with my packages from other companies. And like I said they are not willing to help. I refuse to pay for something I did not receive and told them (through 'chat') that I would rescind my payment. They threatened to send me to collections! Ha! Also asked for a manager to call me several times. I got no response. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY with the WORST SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
***I did have a proper mailbox and drop off instructions per the leasing office. There are signs clearly marked with delivery instructions. I have received numerous packages at this location and have never had a problem. The shipper is the only one who can initiate a claim on the package and they refuse to help. Just because they have a scan showing "delivery of the package" does not mean the package was delivered to me. There was no signature. My leasing office has a clear plan in place to handle packages. The whole scenario is suspicious, especially if you read the multiple poor reviews on this company. AGAIN, do your homework before wasting your money on this so-called company!

Bought 4 containers of protein. They took three weeks to ship. I had already opened up a claim with my credit card company. They shipped one day after the claim was opened. I declined the package. They claimed they never got it back. So my credit card company won't refund my money. I'm out $100 and have no product. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Don't bother calling----you will only get upset.

I bought two flavors of Celsius, these were the new "natural" flavors, SG had it at a decent price. They promise two day delivery, it took weeks! One flavor was correct, the other wrong. I called, and had to explain why 2 12-packs of "Sparkling Grape" was different than 1 24-pack of Grapefruit. I finally got that idea across and was told they'd send a label for the incorrect flavor. I had to call again to get that label. I sent it back, had to reach out again to ask them to ship the correct flavor. They verified it was in stock, I was told it would be shipped and they would send me the tracking info. I called today, they sent me a link with tracking, so far it appears only the label has printed, the items are not at FedEx. The chat rep said they would look into it and will alert me via e-mail. I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. I normally try to support small businesses, understand that sometimes things go sideways, but per the many other reviews that show similar details, this is how they operate. Vitacost.com, Bobybuilding.com, way better sites.

I ordered two containers of Tri-Pep BCAA unflavored, I received my order but BOTH containers had been opened and the product was completely rock hard. Its supposed to be powder and it looked like the contents of a badly neglected litter box! I called and they told me to email them pictures. After they received my email they said they would send me two more containers. I got the package today and once again both containers have been previously opened and the contents are nasty! Do not waist your time with these clowns, its obviously a scam!

I ordered from this company on the 22nd of December and still waiting on my supplements! Website says 3-10 business days. Seems like a shady and unprofessional company, when I called customer service some woman picked up and was like, hello? I wasnt even sure I called the right place! She was unfriendly and not very helpful, answered my questions with an irritated one word answer. Never apologized for the delay or even explained why it is taking so long. So unprofessional. I would NEVER order from this site again!

I placed an order on 12/8. On 12/17, their customer service told me in response to my e-mail that my order had already shipped after I threatened a chargeback. Well, according to the tracking information, it didn't actually ship until 12/29--three weeks after I ordered! And apparently it won't arrive until 1/5.

Please avoid this company like the plague, and warn others too.

Went to their website and ordered from them. Payment was made but no item was received. It isn't worth it to me to try and gain a refund, in addition to the fact that it was not a large enough some of money to be worth all the time to get it back. I would not trust this website if I were you, I learned my lesson, hopefully you don't have to.

Sent me Melted Product

I ordered preggy pop drops from supplement geeks for my pregnant wife. I didn't open the package for about two weeks until she ran out of the ones she already had. I opened it up and they were all melted and claimed they melted in my air conditioned house? Crazy and they would refund me or replace them.
