It really is that bad

Unfortunately I too found this site after I ordered one bottle of super cissus. It's been 12 days and I still have no product. The tracking info says the post office in Michigan received my order 10 days ago and it is still there. I haven't even tried calling them yet because from the reviews it's pointless. I guess I'll be calling my cc company. Stay far away.

Rip Off Company

I unfortunately found Sitejabber AFTER I placed an order with SupplementsGeek.com
They never shipped my item, when I tried to cancel the order they said they couldn't because it had already shipped, yadda yadda. Needless to say, I never received the item. Took action through my credit card company today to get my money back. They tried calling the phone # for the "company" and got no answer. What a ruse!

I ordered protein shake powder and a new shaker bottle on June 12th. I contacted them several times because the tracking number showed no activity. They did not actually ship it until June 26th, there was no shaker bottle it was the wrong flavor. They had me ship it back and told me they would ship the the right order as soon as they saw activity on the return tracking number. That was on July 5th. Nearly a month! The supposedly corrected order did not ship until July 17th (now over a month). I still have not received it.

I ordered 2 bottles of DNPX capsules. On April 21st I received an envelope with 2 bottles marked on the outside but only "1" bottle inside. Knowing there was an error I took a photo of the envelope before I opened it, as it was obvious it only held 1 bottle. After emailing them and phoning several times with no response, I spoke to their online chat who advised me to email the photo I took. I did so and received an email on April 24th that they were still looking into it. I never received any more emails until yesterday, June 4th. In the meantime I contacted their online chat who were very rude and informed me that the package was delivered to me, and 2 bottles were marked on the envelope so I must be wrong. Obviously someone in their shipping department made a mistake and they did not want to bother acknowledging it. After some frustration I phoned my credit card company, told them what happened and they refunded me 1/2 the price I paid, as I only received 1/2 the order. Yesterday I received an email from supplementsgeeks which stated:
"Due to recent chargeback you filed $25 chargeback fee have been added and this order is past due. Contact us to make payment. Please note if unpaid account will be forward to collections and may result in additional fees."
I wrote back to them telling them the whole story once again to which they replied:
" I have reviewed previous communication regarding this order and see both bottles were shipped together. 50% Refund or chargeback is not valid. I would recommend you to make payment to avoid additional fees."
How could they "see" both bottles were shipped? Again they do not want to acknowledge their own mistake but want me to pay for it. It is impossible to deal with people like this.

This website is crap. I Never received my order. It said 1 to 10 business days. I tried to call him Tak the company it went straight to a voicemail. I'm actively going about trying to get my money back, but I'm not sure exactly how to do this since I can't talk to anyone. Probably going to go through my credit card company

Ordered on 5/13. Said estimated DELIVERY was 3-10 business days. Well I got tired of waiting so I decided to cancel it on 5/24. And then it magically ships on 5/24. Judging from the other reviews this is no guarantee in delivery. No response from the company, Their number just goes to voicemail where I'm sure it wont be heard for weeks. Terrible. Awful. Garbage. You get the point.

Two weeks, no products. Said it 'shipped', tracked the usps number, shows never shipping, a week ago. Took a week to get a tracking number, now the tracking number shows it not moving, another week later.
Stick with Amazon, Puritans Pride, or Swanson

Very poor service

I ordered on 4/10. Nothing arrived and USPS said the package had never been received by the post office. Tried to contact them 4 times! No response. Sent another on 2/24 and told them I was disputing charge with credit card company. Miraculously, order arrived 2 days later! It shouldn't take this type of action to get an order already paid for. Ridiculous!

I received my product, so that's a plus, but it took 18 days. I think that's a bit ridiculous, especially since they advertise 2 to 7 business days. There absolutely impossible to reach by phone, so I think that's kind of scandalous. Also they don't reply to emails. You can contact them by chat, but that's to robotic for my taste. They kept telling me the same thing it's delayed in transit, or giving me different dates when it would arrive. I feel bad for them, they need to work out the bugs in there system and get usps on there side more. The company is real, you will receive you item. Just when. Sadly I got 5 items from amazon before I got this. Unless by crossing on Google I see a product so cheap I want to wait a month to get it, I won't be returning, sorry

I can't get anyone to talk to me. I have left messages. I tried to send them emails and it gives me a error message every time. This company is bull$#*!. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! You will not get you products!

NEVER AGAIN!

This company is such a load of crap! I placed an order on June 3rd, PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and got nothing. I called several times and was told I had to wait. I ENDED UP ORDERING THE SAME ITEMS FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE DUE TO THIS! And NOW I GET THE PACKAGE?! REALLY!? What kind of scam are they running?!

Horrible

I've been waiting 17 days for my supplements, even though it states 2-5 days. I emailed and was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours, but have never received a response. Phone number has a recording with no opportunity to even leave a message. I will never purchase from them again.
