Placed an order, they never sent it. Says it's in processing. It has been over a month. Have tried multiple times calling and sending emails. I don't even care anymore about what I ordered, I would just like to be able to cancel and get my money back.

Order not received. Tracking information shows that it "could not be delivered as addressed". Invoice address is correct. No response from company to 2 phone calls and 2 emails and no refund of purchase. Would advise great caution with this company.
I should have looked at reviews before ordering. Phone number claims non working and I haven't gotten an email back in over 28 hours.
10 days passed my product was not shipped. I wanted to cancel 3 days later shipped and said it would not be canceled. Terrible.

A FedEx label was requested by the so called company but they never sent my product I ordered and it was submitted to my credit.

I placed an order then cancelled shortly thereafter. Their customer service told me that the $$ was not taken from my account but my bank said it was. I have to wait until the money moves from pending to posted to file a dispute. They also do not answer their phones. Do not order from this company. There are warnings all over the internet about them. Lesson learned. If you have used a debit or credit card, make sure you cancel that card before there is further fraud.
Whoever is runs SupplementsGeeks.com knowingly cheats the customer. If only I had read reviews before making a purchase! You won't believe it, but the scammers at this company actually went to great lengths to remove the expiration dates from the products' packaging and from the actual products, too. So I received defaced, unusable, altered products that only a fool would put onto their body. It gets better, when attempting to return something to them, you must request a return authorization and the company responds by sending a bogus link that gets the customer nowhere. I still tried again with a phone callz and guess what, no answer and no way to leave a message. I believe that is by design. I think they hope you just take the loss and go away. Shady at best. Lastly, if you dare inquire about the situation via email you may receive a threatening email back as they did to me. Hey at least they put the threat in writing. That was helpful.
I purchased tea on walmart.com and this company was the merchant. The box of tea arrived banged up as though it had been dragged along the bottom of a lake bed. When I emailed them and sent them pictures they basically told me I was wrong for not wanting the product. So, six days before Christmas when Walmart is going to be a zoo, I have to take time out of my schedule, go there and return it. Total inconvenience for them sending a ridiculously damaged product.
I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order with these crooks. Everything with this company is dishonest.
After 15 days of my initial order, I tried their website to see the status of my order. It said that is still processing. They advertise delivery between 7-10 days. Don't fall for it. They said that they have a chat (it is not true)
After several attempts to the phone number on their website I actually got hold of someone very rude who i could not understand anything he spoke please do not get me wrong, I am also a foreigner and English is my second language, but come on, get someone that can communicate with customers. After I inquired about my order He said something I couldn't understand and hung up the phone. I tried to contact them, but I was unsuccessful. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. I am also filing a complain on the BBB website.

I placed an online order and realized after a few hours that I purchased the wrong product. I contacted the company through their website and they processed the refund a few hours later. Much appreciated!
Order was supposed to arrive in 5-10 business days. Currently over a month later and no product. They don't answer their phone & I got 1 email back of 3 sent 2 weeks ago stating I'd get it next week. Reversing charges now. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Should rename company suckin it freaks dot com
Don't get sucked in by the low prices or the handful of positive reviews. Maybe they actually fulfill some of their orders, but it seems like the majority of people had a similar experience as I did.
I placed the order 9/15/22. Had no updates from them about shipping, so I emailed them, on 10/4 asking what the shipping status was. They told me the item was out of stock and they would send me a tracking number when it came in. On 10/27 I emailed them again asking for an update and if it was going to ship soon because I was considering canceling my order. No reply. It is now Nov 2nd and I finally googled them and saw all the bad reviews. For some reason I thought since they had a contact number and chat and all that, they were a legit company. Maybe they are, maybe they aren't, but they shouldn't be running a business like this. So I called the number and it's just a recording telling you to email them through the contact form. No way to talk to a live person. There is no live chat as it appeared, that link just sends to to the contact form. So I contacted again telling them to cancel my order or I am going to file a complaint with BBB. Everyone else should also file a complaint if they had a bad experience. Maybe if there are enough complaints someone will look into it.
I am very dissatisfied with this company. I order most of my product online and this is the first time sourcing through this company and will be the last. It's been almost 3 weeks since placing my order and nothing. I have called numerous times, get the same message, extremely high call volume please leave us a message through our website. I don't think there is actually anyone answering calls at all. Terrible way to run a business.
Do not buy from this company, I paid for my supplements over a month ago, email them, no reply, fortunately I paid with PayPal. They are nothing but Scammers!
I ordered 3 items from this company. A 5 lb weight gainer, 5 lb whey protein and a shaker. After over 2 weeks (they claim 7 day delivery times) I received just the shaker and weight gainer in an unmarked box with no packing slip or invoice. I emailed the company to ask where my protein was and was told it shipped from a different location. I then asked for shipping confirmation and tracking data. After a few days of no response I tried calling. Their phone line goes right to a recording telling you to email them. To date I have sent 4 emails with the last telling them I was filing a fraud complaint with my bank (which i did). I have not received a single response from this company.

Don't purchase priority delivery. I purchased $13 to have my order priority mail. It's expected on its website in 2 to 3 days. It's been well over a week and they're not giving me the $13 back. Don't waste your money on that service I still haven't received my product after paying extra for it so I do not recommend utilizing the site for your supplements. Attempted leaving voice mail and email messages to cancel an order that seems to be stuck in process and get zero response. I understand that free delivery says 7-10 days. Will never give them my business again. 8 business days and no change in order status. I'm not sure how they can offer second day delivery if they can not communicate with their customers.

Placed an order early December 2021. It is now beginning of February 2022 and still nothing. Corresponded several times and they said they will resend and nothing. Worst company ever.
