I placed an order for Honey Stinger Energy Chews. They charged my card and a few hours later I get an e-mail stating the order was canceled because the item was out of stock. I check back before calling them the next business day AND THE ITEMS ARE STILL AVAILABLE UP ON THEIR WEBSITE! They obviously are too stupid to manage their stock and represent what is available for sale. They give a rat's $#*! about how many other people that use their website and waste time like I did.
I ordered three bottles of NOW Glucosamine on January 7,2022 and was told I would receive my order by January 19. That date came and went but my order did not. Fortunately, I had ordered from Walmart.com, and I used that site to contact Supplements Geeks. I received a form letter stating that I would receive my products by the end of the week. Prior to contacting Walmart.com I tried to find information from the so-called tracking number the seller provided. It showed nothing except "Delayed." There was no tracking history to show the product had left the seller. By now it was January 26, so I contacted a representative at Walmart.com and explained that the seller was a scam; I explained in detail the situation. The Walmart.com agent was extremely helpful and said he would issue a refund to the credit card I used to purchase the items. I was very thankful, and he said they do not want customers to buy from a fraud company. My purchase was $70. BTW, I did not research Supplements Geeks before placing my order, and I have learned a lesson. I found this website and also discovered that complaints had been filed with the Better Business Bureau. This entire situation is a good example of "Buyer Beware." It is also a good example of Walmart.com helping its customers.
If you place an order iwith multiple items you will only receive one item and then NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION AFTER THAT - they don't even answer their phone! It's a scam and they've been reported several times on BBB and TrustPilot also - DO NOT ORDER and if you had be sure to follow through with filing a report and getting your money back through your credit card or paypal!

I purchase two proteins on the 16th of September and I checked and it says still processing after 2 weeks when the company clearly says it takes 7 to 10 days to get to you I tried calling the number on there but they don't pick up and I emailed them and still haven't heard from them
Waited over 1 month for product and after trying several times to ask where it was, I ended up being told it was still on back order with no idea when they would ship! I could of got my product within 3 days if I went to a competitor of there's. Overall BAD customer service and very bad business!
They advertise 7-10 days shipping time. Well today is day 11 and it's STILL processing. When i asked why it hasn't shipped yet they ignored the question and said it would ship soon.
Haven't received my supplements and I ordered them in February and then I can't even track my package!
I ordered a product from them, got a fake Fed Ex number, kept calling them back and got voicemail (they never returned my call once). I finally got a hold of someone who said they would re-ship my order and they would call me back with a Fed Ex number, never got a call back and haven't been able to get hold of anyone since. Their chat doesn't work, they don't return phone calls, and they don't ship out your order when they say they will. So far my experience has been horrible so far.
I ordered some supplements from them and got an email saying that it was shipped with a tracking link. A couple of days later I checked the tracking link and found that a label had been made but no package had been delivered to the Post Office. This went on for about a week after which I emailed them letting them know the situation. Got an automatically generated email back with the same link. After about 10 days they got back to me saying they did not know what happened but would re-fill the order. Five or so days later it arrived in the mail. All is well that ends well. I was afraid that they were not honest, but I just think that they have more business than they can handle and sometimes things get dropped.
Terrible company. They sell items they don't even have in stock. Take your money right away and you have to wait months to get the item they show they have. Should be closed down! Ok
I ordered several items and received items that i didn't even order. I reached out to customer service and they didn't do anything about it. Do not order from this website! They take your money and you won't get what you ordered!
Placed an order 10 days ago, but never received an email from them about tracking info. I finally contact them today only to find that they've placed my order on hold without notifying me. Furthermore, when I asked why it was placed on hold, the representative says because I need to verify my address. I check the shipping address and it's correct. Ugh, I should have heeded the warnings of all of the 1-star ratings for this business.
In the past they offered competitive prices and reasonable shipping and I had no issues, but now, absolutley horrible!.
In October I had placed an order for the 100 servings of Amazing grass.
2 weeks later after I placed an order I received a message stating the order was delayed at Fed Ex in Michigan without proper explanation. I emailed the company regarding the situation and about one week later they responded to me oblivious to what was going on. I then requested a re-order of the product since it was already paid for and I asked they ship it out overnight via Fed Ex at their cost. Several days later, I received a confirmation on November 2, that the product will be sent out in 3 to 5 d via Fed Ex.
Today. November 8. I still have not received the product so I called and the explanation I received was " The manufacturer no longer makes the 100 servings."
When I questioned this and why I was not informed, his comment was he just found out 2 days ago without further explanation. He stated the company only now makes 60 sevings. So I asked due to the marked inconvenience I had to go through, if they could at least send me two 60 servings and call it even; he refused to do that for me as he did not want to pay the difference. He wanted me to pay more money for his poor business practices. I requested a refund instead and made him fully aware he will no longer receive my business.
FYI: This person lied to me as the manufacturer still makes the 100 servings upon my research but at an increased price. I found the product elsewhere for a similar price Supplemental Geeks offered.
I will no longer deal with this company. If the ratings allowed a ZERO. That's what they would truly deserve.
The company charged my credit card but never shipped the product. They never responded to my email. And the provided tracking number? Not real. You cannot track anything with it. The worst shopping experience I've ever had.
If I could give it a zero star, I would, but unfortunately not an option.
This company charges your card, sends you BS tracking info and never ships your product. They don't respond to emails and the phone number sends you to email. 5 months later still disputing with CC company and still no response from. SG
I found supplement geeks 2 years ago by accident t actually and couldn't believe I have heard of them before their prices literally beat amazon and when the shipping was free it was a no brainier I've been coming back since. Once the shipping took a ridiculously long time but all other shipments came FedEx super quick.
You are wasting your time and your money if you order anything from this company, it won't arrive, your get a voicemail that is totally not understandable! I will be posting this on Facebook as well! Totally disgusted with an apparently bad company! I should have checked with Better Business Before I ever ordered!
I placed an order on 08-06-2020 and have not received my order as of yet. I tried to contact them twice via email and a phone call and no answer. I requested a refund and got the automated email with an RMA number. Today is 08-13-2020 so let's see what happens. The next thing will be to contact the BBB and file a complaint against this company... Buyers beware!
Quality products. Orders spotty on receiving. Online chat stalls. Auto Shipping label cut at order and shipment never gets to FedEx. Two months out from order and still not received; credit card charged immediately upon order.
