Seven weeks after I ordered, a package arrived that only contained a small part of my order. No invoice or packing slip. Called and got a recorded message and then disconnected. Live chat instructed me to take photo and email to customer service which resulted only in automated response. That was a week ago. Filing a dispute with my CC bank.
I ordered 4 different products, totaling 24 items. I recieved order shipment confirmation the next day, awesome huh?! A number of days later I received 1 of the products, totaling 6 of 24 items. I never heard another word... I called and was told.the rest would ship from different warehouses within the week, i also left a note through their online system. Nothing for weeks, numerous attempts to contact via email and phone, I hear nothing. They are a disaster, I will never order from them again! Oh, and something similar happened the year before but I had forgotten which site and it was resolved after 2 months.
Sent me the wrong product I sent it back. They already received the product a month ago stayed with the product and my money. Sad

Placed an order on 5/20/20 and still haven't received them. Their 800 number is some worthless recording telling you to email them. I did that twice and still no reply. What a waste of money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
They will take your money and run! Ordered protein shakes and never received them and it's been over three weeks now. They said after you place your order it would take 7 to 14 days... for an order that usually takes 3-5 business days anywhere else. This place is a joke and a scam! Don't buy here! Stay away from this place! They need to be put in prison for all the money they stolen from others!
I successfully filed a claim with my credit card company and they refunded the over $380 of NON DELIVERED PRODUCT.
Now SG is saying my $380 is PAST DUE. YOU EVIL BASTARDS!

I placed an order at the end of March. Kept checking the website and allowed a few weeks because of COVID. Still no product... tracing days the order is at some place in CA, and hasn't moved for weeks. I contacted customer service and never received a response. After several tries and no response I asked for a refund... no response.
I'VE PLACED MY ORDER ON 05/11/2020. THEY GAVE ME A FEDEX TRACKING # THAT DOESN'T HAVE ANY SHIPMENT ACTIVITY. AFTER TWO WEEKS I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ORDER YET! I'M CALLING MY CREDIT COMPANY TO GET $$$ BACK!
supplementsgeeks.com is horrible, don't bother. I placed an order 8 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of not shipping, I asked "what's up" and the reply was "we're out of stock". It'd have been nice if they had shared that on the product page (like most companies do) or when I ordered. I asked for a refund - once, twice, thrice with no reply from them. I've filed a Paypal complaint, and I'm still waiting. What a mess.

This was by far my worst experience with an online supplement portal. I ordered something on 4/14/20, as I write this I still don't have it. They promise 7-14 business days delivery. I went to their website and left a contact request. No response. I called them and a terrible voicemail was reached. (Please have a coherent voicemail! Pathetic!). I even left an email. I can understand that due to the Covid-19 restrictions they may have problems with speedy delivery. However, you have to at least have people online or on call to answer questions. As far as I know, my money seems to have disappeared. Scammers!
What a horribly run company. Ordered products over a week ago. Still nothing. Cant get a hold of customer service and have left many e mails with no RESPONSE. Time to call the credit card company and dispute the charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND PATIENCE WITH THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
Update I did get the product. The main problem with them is they use USPS. USPS greatly amplifies and shipping problems they already have.
I placed an order for some WodPak Vitamins. I PAID EXTRA for faster shipping. They have me a BS tracking number. Over 5 business days later the tracking says it still did not ship it's still pending them to give it. Also they don't pick up their phone. My name is Daniel Anderson.
I bought and paid for supplements from here 6 weeks ago. They charged my card, and it still says processing. Can't get ahold of anyone via phone or email to get my money back. I wish I read more reviews than the 7/10 star site I had visited. Awful!
Twice was told order was on it's way - FEDEX tracking number generated at time of sale - never arrived. Had to have PayPal resolve. SCAM!
I placed an order for vitamins, and a MONTH later still nothing. I looked up my tracking number, and no information as to where my order is. Emails customer support 3 times and nearly 2 weeks later, not a word from them. This is the most unprofessional, shady website I have ever dealt with. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Ordered product over a month ago and have not received it yet. I sent five emails. Called ten times and no response. Also when I look at my order there is no tracking and no indication of my order. However my bank was charged the total fee and shipping. Please Please beware this is not a good company to order from. You will loose your money!
I placed an order which I cancelled, but was charged and paid for with PayPal. I paid $33.99 for order I never received. Tried. E-mail and phone to get in touch with company neither work. Never again!
