I ordered 2 items and they sent me 1 correct item and the other one incorrect. I notify them and return the incorrect item and they tell me they will send me the correct item. They they send me the exact same incorrect item a second time! This is beyond stupid. I call them again and tell them how can you make the exact same mistake twice this is ridiculous and they have me send back the incorrect item again. Then they tell me they mailed me the correct item this time (3rd time) and that I would have it by Monday. Yet today is Tuesday and nothing has been mailed and I have been supplied no tracking info. This company is BIGGEST SCAM EVER. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Total frauds. Worst customer service ever and totally inept losers!

Ordered and paid on June 22,3 weeks later still no product received. Called and emailed to cancel order for refund. DENIED. Within a few hours I received noticed that my product just shipped so no refunds. 3 weeks later I received THE WRONG PRODUCT!

Scam scam scam. Unethical company and bad business. My company was on the supplier side and they ordered product from us; at which point we agreed to deliver product and they would pay based on net 30 terms via written agreement. Its been over 100 days now with no responses back on anything we've sent. Now our attorney is dealing with this.

I have ordered twice from this company. First time, shipping took 10 days from the time I was notified the items had been "shipped". I placed my second order on 6/25 and received confirmation that it "shipped" on 6/25. I called on 7/8 asking if it had been shipped. The man said it had not gone out but would "expedite" shipping. I told him if I don't have it by 7/13 I will dispute the charge on my credit card. Order somewhere else.

I ordered Labrada Lean Body protein packets for $89.99. I finally got a notification that my order had arrived at my address, the UPS Store. The UPS store never received my order. I made several calls, left messages and sent many emails which were ignored. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that I was out of luck and my order would not be sent and my money would not be refunded. I had my bank return the payment to my card. Now Supplement Geeks wants their money for a shipment that I never received and has threatened me with collection procedures. Never again...

Horrendous!

SupplementsGeeks.com- horrendous business practice. Ordered, paid, received the wrong order - no reply to emails. They decline my live chat request and do not answer the phone. Buyer Beware or safer yet NEVER EVER place an order with them. Wish i would have read the reviews first.

I had a similar experience to others here. I ordered a product and within a day a tracking number was created. When I click on the tracking number it states "pending product arrival." It has been like this for months. I emailed the company and asked to cancel the order and got no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I paid and ordered. Waited. Got no response from my email and after reading other reviews I realized that I never would. When I checked the tracking number it didn't make sense and was unlike any I have read before. A real run around. How can they stay in business this way?

This website is a complete scam and will steal you money. I ordered from them more than two weeks ago. My invoice and receipt all say free two day shipping. I have still not received my order. Thieves!

SJSPOT is a Fake company!... I purchased an item from them almost a month ago... Never received it. The tracking they gave me was BOGUS and did not work... Complete waste of time... Filed a claim with paypal to get my money back!

Ordered a product with their standard 2 day shipping. After waiting, nothing had arrived so i contacted their customer service and inquired about their shipping terms, asked for a tracking number, etc... apparently, the agent was having a bad day and did not want to have to speak to anyone, so they abruptly terminated my order...

All i have to say is, if they are willingly employing customer support agents who are so childish that their first move when a customer inquires about shipping is to cancel the order, that is perfectly fine with me. I will give my business to a company who can act like adults.

As a follow up - received an email back from their customer service. They claim in writing that they cancelled my order because I disputed the charge. Unfortunately for them, I have saved the transcript of the chat that conclusively shows that I never disputed the charge nor requested a cancellation. They then proceeded to tell me that I need to "play these games elsewhere", a classic example of projection, accusing me of doing exactly what they are doing.

Additional update - called the company's main customer service line and finally had someone pick up the phone. This person claimed that they cancelled my order because I disputed it. Unfortunately, when i told him i retained the entire transcript of the chat and showed him that i never disputed the order, he did not know what to say and simply hung up on me. When i called back, he refused to pick up the phone. I can say as an immigrant to this country, that this individual i spoke to was clearly of indian/pakistani descent and had no interest in running his business in an ethical way. It upsets me when people from around the world immigrate to this country and attempt to scam their way to success, thereby giving other immigrants a bad name. Shame on this individual and shame on this company.

HORRIBLE

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered a product on April 16th, supposed to be delivered within 5-10 business days and I have yet to receive it 16 business days later. I contacted customer service and they were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I have a tracking number for FedEx that is not populating any information and Supplementgeeks will not help or hold themselves responsible. I would NEVER EVER order from this company again. I am doubtful I will even receive my product, though they took my money. Stay away. By far worst customer experience I have ever had.

Horrible, never again

One item order was to arrive in 3-10 business days. They acted as if there was a shipment, but when I tapped on the tracking it never left. I contacted them and they said it would be reshipped. As I entered the 3rd week, still no new tracking/email confirmation, so I purchased my item elsewhere and cancelled my payment thru PayPal credit to them. Two days later the item shows up. PayPal had already initiated the refund and told me not to pay as they could then place an appeal and be paid twice. I told supplementgeeks AKA "SJSPOT" to send me a payment request, and then I did pay. When I tried to call them all I got was a fax machine beep. I do NOT recommend them, I think it's best to keep local business and stay away from these scammers. Be careful of these sites, cheap usually ends up a problem.

Ordered 5lbs of OH Yeah! Cholocate Whey protein. Seems like this would be a fairly easy order to fulfill, right?! First order shows up and it's 2-2lb containers of the wrong stuff (not even the correct in weight, they shorted me 1lb). So i call customer service over to someone named "Sam" in India of all places and he was very rude and said he'd correct the order once i ship it back. Product got shipped back and they just sent me the new pacakage, this time it's 4lbs single container of whey isolate, STILL wrong stuff and shorted it by 1lb... Not sure who's managing their employees, but you're better off buying your supplements anywhere but here! You've been warned!

They screwed up my order continuously. It still is not resolved. They take forever to respond and when they do it is short and unapologetic! They do not fix the issue and just plain quit responding! I am still waiting over 6 weeks to get my order resolved. I just want a refund... Dude it is only 13 dollars... They are making no effort... I never received the correct supplement!

Borderline Scam

Placed order over 10 days ago and have not received my products. Contacted Supplement Geeks and they placed blame on USPS. Package has not been delivered to USPS but a shipping label was created. I emailed company for a second time with no eval. Today I filed with the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be shut down. Do not waste your money and time. Order from legit online companies like Bodybuilding.com, DPS etc!

Ordered never received product until I placed a dispute with PayPal. Then they actually sent the wrong product. No response from them on how I could return the wrong product and get a refund - I didn't want to send back $50 + worth of product and shipping costs with no guarantee of a refund.
In short they did not respond to PP dispute case I opened so I was eventually refunded. NOW this crazy company is saying I must pay for items or they will send me to collections! WTF? They are nuts! STAY AWAY!

Stay Away!

First time I ordered got my shipment late but it was within the 10 days they claim, this second time around I ordered on 3/07/2019 and was "Shipped" on 3/08/2019, i called on 3/25/2019 because I still haven't gotten the package and nothing was showing up through the tracking, contacted them through the live chat they offer on the site, they said that they were going to send the claim to upper management, and today 3/26/2019 i checked on the racking again and its barely in Texas, as you can calculate by days its been way over 10 days and still nothing, I will wait till the end of the week before filing a claim through my bank.
