I ordered a supplement on 03/19/2020 and paid an extra $8.00 fee for expedited shipping. It is now 04/15/2020 and I have still not received my shipment. They were very prompt in charging my Visa card for the entire purchase. They have been unresponsive to my email inquiries.
I bought a supplement from this company on 3/20/20 because I thought I could help my family from covid19. They emailed that they shipped it on 3/23/20. I work for the USPS and can tell that the tracking never left their company. They did not respond to emails. I called them on 3/31/20 and I talked with someone who sounded like he was working out of his house. He said my package was shipped on 3/25/20 and I should receive it on 4/3/20 or on 4/6/20. My package never left their location. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
I BEEN WAITING FOR FIVE DAYS STARRING AT THE SAME THING AT THE POST OFFICE ONLY TO CHECK INTO FURTHER THAT THEY NEVER EVEN GAVE THE PACKAGE TO THE POST OFFICE. IT'S ONLY A PRE SHIPPING LABEL. THEY'RE WAITING ON THEM FOR 5 DAYS. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Please don't buy from this company. They will take your money then give you a tracking number and never ship your order. I tried talking to a representative and got hung up on when I asked about my shipment. Look at their poor reviews. I made a mistake with this company. Please do your research and buy elsewhere
Sent rancid product, refused to issue refund and took no responsibility, and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and forwarded my info to a collections agency.
I should have believed the negative reviews. Supplement Geeks is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They sell lies to their customers. They even posted lies on my order page. They told me my order had shipped, they posted on my order page that the order had shipped (see attached photo). They gave the USPS tracking number and for two days kept telling me that the USPS tracking number will be updated after 24-48 hours. Than after 4 days, they tell me that they refunded my order because they ran out of stock and could not ship it.
Fellas and ladies, I've been buying supps for over 10 years and never had a problem worse than this one. They gave an eta of 3- 10 business days for all of 5 hours distance btwn me and the shipper. I have emailed and called several times to see whats going on with less than no response. They even blocked my phone number talk about horrible customer service. Avoid this site at all costs.
Garbage company. Product was tainted! I have pictures of proof. Poor service on top. You cant get a hold of this company! Do not use website! BEWARE

The company has great prices, and on bizratesurveys.com, they have a 7.8 rating (from 657 reviews). Not the greatest, but I thought I'd give it one try. Just placed my first order on Sunday Feb. 16. I sent a note w/ order requesting to please ship on Monday if at all possible - urgently needed items. Called Monday & was told orders processed & should go out that day. On Wed., tracking # still showed Fedex had not received package. Contacted company & was told "we shipped it by common carrier, who will give it to Fedex. You will receive your order next week." Chat agent was unfriendly, unapologetic and would not give name of "common carrier" (for which there was no tracking number or way to contact). Agent tried to make this my fault for choosing free shipping. Their website says that the free shipping option takes 3 to 10 business days. Since we are both on the east coast (MI and TN), that should mean 3 to 4 days for me, but they are telling me now that it will be 7+ business days. I'm writing this on Thursday, and the tracking # still shows that Fedex does not have the package. I have been ordering from a LOT of online companies for many years (I'm 65), and (with exception of one other company, who I seldom use) they all deliver within 3 to 4 days, EVEN WITH FREE SHIPPING. Because of this company's poor attitude and slow shipping, I do not recommend them at all.
They shipped me toothpaste instead of silver gel. Then over the course of two weeks, I attempted to get my item shipped. Finally they sent me a return label (Really? They wanted the toothpaste back tp resell? An item that can be tampered with?) They told me that as soon as I returned the toothpaste they would ship me my item - that I had already paid for! I finally told them to cancel my order. Then they told me that they would refund me... as soon as I returned the toothpaste. OMG! What a horrible company! Avoid this company!
After I placed my order, I read all these bad reviews, and got worried I was going to be ripped off. However my order came as promised. The only not too good thing was I did call customer service, and got VM and no one ever called me back. Not a problem since my order was taken care of as offered. NC
This company has taken my money with no product. They lie about shipping, giving false evidence of a label created but not shipped. If you have similar experiences it is time to take action. They have stolen enough of our hard-earned money.
I ordered a 10lb bag of protein and the item never shipped. Contacted customer service and was told they would "look into it" and never heard anything else.
I hope people take reviews seriously before they purchase! They lied about my shipment date as a result my shipment never arrived after 12 days terrible terrible service
I placed an order on 8/2/2019. The next day I received a FedEx tracking number and order confirmation. On 8/16, I double checked the tracking number- only a shipping label was created and my order was never shipped. The company NEVER responded to my multiple inquiries, so I initiated a dispute with my credit card company, which began an investigation. To my surprise, my order arrived on my doorstep on 8/28/2019. I immediately canceled the credit card dispute, allowed them to pay Supplement Geeks. Today, 10/1, I receive an email stating that my Supplement Geeks account is past due and they are threatening me with going to collections. My credit card company paid them on 8/28. I would encourage anyone considering placing an order with this company to rethink that decision and order from a responsive, reputable company.
I placed order on August 7th 2019 and never got delivery for over 2 weeks, checked with the Website email phone calls. Tracking number showed on fedex site Label Printed.
They sent me another tracking number saying delivered but to another city.

Ordered thinking 3-10 is not that bad. But, 10 days is "business days" and it took 12 business days to arrive. Ridiculous. So, make sure when you order that you can wait up to 2 weeks to get your product. Customer service will not do anything for you other than say "we said 3-10 business days." Terrible customer service.
They lost our order and said it was shipped! Tracking showed it never left their facility. "Customer service" is NOT customer service! No people skills, no problem solving skills, just a really BAD attitude, especially since they screw up was theirs! The first time I called and ask for a supervisor, he hung up on me. Second time, a day or two later, she admitted they were getting our communication, but we certainly weren't getting any communication back from them. They probably didn't want written record that there was an actual problem. Long story short, two weeks later we finally got what we ordered, the pseudo savings was not worth the wasted time and frustration.
I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!--- NEVER AGAIN!
