Ordered some protein powder, got an email confirmation that the order was processed, and the order was charged to my credit card.
Waited 10 days for confirmation of shipping. Nothing. Called and got some customer service rep that sounded like I just woke him up. He checked on the order and said the powder was back-ordered. Asked why no one informed me, he just said I can issue you a refund.
I got an email right then and there saying they were processing a refund. No idea how long before it shows up on my card.
They are basically taking orders and holding onto the money until you call. Almost a scam. I recommend not using and finding a better site.

I never received my package of 3 bottles of Kirkland fish oil costing $48. When I call customer service later, the lady reassured me the package was insured and she will email me proof of delivery which she never did. When I called back a couple of days later, a very rude guy on the phone basically told me there is nothing they can do and hung up. After that, I got only answering machine again and again when I called. I would have been better off buying from Amazon Prime because their 48 hours shipping is much more reliable than this crazy flight by night operation ran by a bunch of Filipinos.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY BEEN WAITING 18 DAYS AND MY PROTEIN STILL HASNT SHIPPED. THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS. MY LAST ORDER TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE ONLY AFTER CALLING THEM AND ASKING WHERE MY ORDER WAS, TO WHICH HE REPLIED ID GET IT IN A WEEK. 3 WEEKS LATER I FINALLY GOT IT. THOUGHT ID GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT, BIG MISTAKE, STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP. I WILL DEAL WITH ALLSTARHEALTH OR ESUPPLEMENTS IN THE FUTURE. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
I ordered from this company in September, it has been a month today and I still haven't received a product. The account still says pending. When I called the company, the phone was answered and I was promised to get a return call the next day. The customer service worker did not call back. After several attempts to reach the company, my calls were not answered. The only way my call was answered, was when I decided to call with my number restricted and then my call was answered. This company is a joke and I do not understand why they are still in business. The have majority of negative reviews and ratings online.

Ordered 3 items 5 weeks ago. They were received 2 weeks later. 2 of the 3 Items were the wrong product. Had to hound them to get a return label but items were returned for exchange with 2 day return shipping. It has now been another 2 weeks and had to hound them to give me a tracking # for the shipment of the correct items. They sent me a tracking # that shows a label was created 5 days ago with no sign of movement. They state it's with their common carrier but can't say who that is or provide a tracking # for the common carrier. The product and original price are great, but the shipping time and headaches you'll have with customer service don't justify the amount of money you'd save. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to work with.
Do not use this company if you want your supplements anytime in the near future. I received an email a week ago that the package was shipped and a Fed-Ex tracking number. Fed-Ex says the label has printed, but they have no received anything from the carrier... Never again will I use this company.
I placed an order over a week ago, and received an order confirmation and tracking number the same day. Tracking shows label was created but product has not shipped. I have called, emailed, used the site email, and site chat all without any response. Ridiculous. I would not ever use this site again. Calling my credit card company to stop the payment.
Should not be a business. I ordered two bottle of vitamins a week ago, with a two day delivery guarantee. Don't have the vitamins, sent two emails, left several messages, now I have to call my credit card company and get a credit.
Maybe they are just a business that gathers emails and personal info and then sells it on the black market. Quite sure that's where they make their money.

Aft over a month of numerous calls and emails, recieved half of my order. It was damaged and outdated. Since I had contacted Bank of America, I got a threatening email.

I have never experienced such a poor company such as this- I ordered some supplements on July 13th 2018, choosing 10 day shipping, and have just received them, on August 30th, 2018, almost 7 weeks later (miraculously after I initiated a refund on my credit card) I don't care how much cheaper it is, please do NOT order from this terrible company---- and getting a refund is also horrible, you have to do all these steps such as including a signed statement, REALLY? What company in this day and age makes you do all this? HORRIBLE! Looking at other reviews here, I see I am not alone- This company should really be investigated and shut down
My first order arrived perfectly and so I tried to order the same product for a second time. It arrived promptly but it was the wrong product (it was similar), I thought I made and error and just dealt with it. For my third order the wrong product arrived *again*. I double checked that I didn't make and error and tried to get in contact with them. The live chat seemed extremely helpful but the return label was never sent after five (5) attempts to get it resolved. Still trying to get it sorted out but all the hassle is ridiculous for a misrepresented product on their end.

When I opened my shipment of protein bars I found one box was crushed and melted and one box was not the flavor I ordered. Upon contacting SupplementGeeks I was told its a carrier issue and that I would have to email them photo's to prove I'm not a liar. The shipping box was not damaged just one of the protein bar boxes inside which leads me to believe it was already damaged and they sent it to me anyway. Plus how is shipping me the wrong flavor the carriers fault? I emailed them photos and asked for the correct flavor and a replacement of the damaged ones be sent. I have never received a response so I'll have to contact my credit card company and issue a fraud report. T
The website estimates 3 - 10 days for free shipping. I ordered protein on August 16,2018, and did not receive it until August 31,2018. Every time I called their customer service number, I was prompted to leave a message for someone to get back to me. I would stay away from this place at all cost and go with a company that is more reputable.
