What a mistake
August 18, 2018

Placed an order on July 29 but will still showing as PROCESSING on July 31. My credit card was charged immediately. I wrote them an email and they responded it is being shipped and sent a tracking number. I checked this tracking number a few days and it only said a label was created. On August 3, I request a cancellation since it only showed a label was created; however, they responded they couldn't cancel it because it had shipped. I had to put in a credit card dispute but the package finally shipped on August 10. I told them I would refuse delivery and they threatened me with a fee since I didn't get an RMA. They told me to accept the package and then return it and then they would issue me a refund. I eventually refused the package and it is going back to them. Total nightmare. I ordered from allstarhealth.com and received my items the next day.

Absolutely horrible clueless customer service. I was thinking of saving a few dollars on supplements and 1 month later I'm still waiting for my product (if it ever arrives). I've called 4x in 3 weeks with nobody knowing whether the package was sent or not. Save yourself the aggravation and just spend the money on a major retailer with customer service.

Do not believe them when they say 2 day shipping. And their customer service is garbage. I have contacted them 3+ times inquiring about my order and after 2 days I got a generated email my order had finally shipped, which at this point is now a week later. The best part is I was given a tracking number for a package that doesn't exist apparently.

BAAAAAD!

Placed my order July 3rd. Emailed them on the 11th to ask where the stuff I ordered was. They said it had been shipped. It got shipped the following day. I got the stuff on the 26th and it was the wrong flavor. I do not like chai, but it's what I got. They said I could send it back and they would send me the correct flavor, but I have not received the shipping label and that was almost a week ago. They are not what they advertise to be!

THEY ARE GOD AWFUL

Paid for express shipping for $90 to have something delivered for my girlfriends birthday. Received my order a week late and they are missing one of my shaker cups I ordered. They are also wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced... awful customer care as well... STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL!

These folks are shady and I hope more people read these reviews and steer clear of them. I only wish I had thought to check reviews here before I made a purchase thinking I was going to save a few bucks vs. buying from someone I know is a trusted retailer like Walmart or Amazon.

I ordered 2 types of a supplement. Their website says 3-10 business days free shipping so I was willing to wait that long. Their website then stated that my order was shipped out 4 days after my order date, but we found out later the FedEx SmartPost tracking # stated 5 days after that! So what they posted was false. Not only that, but they shipped half my order which arrived 12 business days after my order date and there was NO NOTICE given whatsoever that it was only half my order. They didn't send an email or posted any change in status in their online "order tracker". I sent a message to customer service and was told a day later that it was on back order and would ship in 2 business days. That was also false. Over a month later and I never received the 2nd part of my order and never heard back from them even though I sent another message telling them to ship out immediately and provide tracking details. I then followed up with a call and even though it was during their posted business hours, no one answered. I left a message and still no reply at all. They never sent tracking info, they never offered a refund, they did not ship the product even though they charged me for it. I call that theft. Horrible! Stay away and spend your money with someone who will treat the customer right! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order on 5/20/18 and received an email from supplement geeks that it was shipped 5/21/18 and delivery should be delivered in 3-10 business days. Several days later the fedex stated they still had not received the item. I then looked up supplement geeks online and found out they had many complaints. I notified the company and asked about my order and the complaints. I did not receive an answer for several days and notified my credit card company. When I did receive a message the said the item had been shipped and I would receive it in the 3-10 business days promised. The message was also rude and threatening:

This order has already shipped therefore it can not be cancelled. You placed order with 1 - 2 business days handling time and Free Standard Shipping (Estimate Delivery 3-10 business days) so it is on time and should deliver on time. Please note as mentioned on our website you will be responsible for $25 chargeback fee and chargeback will be denied because package is on its way and should deliver on time. You have should wait long enough per delivery window to end before contacting for refund or chargeback.

As of today per fedex, they received the item for shipping 6/19/20 (a month after supplement geeks said the order was shipped) and will be delivered next week.

Do not buy from them they are crooks and liars.

I received product and asked for a label but they said no i need to mail it back
I have active dispute with my card company but this is legit the worst company i have ever dealt with STAY FAR AWAY

Not only did they refuse advertised military discount, they made in appropriate comments towards my veteran status. After I requested a refund 3 weeks after order due to lack of shipment, I r curved shipping number. When order came in 2 weeks later it was only a third of what I ordered and they will not respond to correspondence or phone calls. I want a refund! They stole money and disrespected not only me but all veterans!

After I placed an order, I received an email stating my order would be delivered within 2 days. Almost 3 weeks later I had not received my order. I emailed them asking what was going on. They simply replied a couple days later "It should be there soon". They didn't care or try to make it right. There are many places to buy the same supplements that actually know how to treat their customers. Save yourself the frustration and buy somewhere else.

Immediately after placing an order, I realized that I'd ordered the wrong supplement. I immediately contacted them via email repeatedly and finally received a response the a few hours later stating that it'd already been shipped. I stated that I would simply return to sender and they stated I had to have a return packing slip included for returns so I had to wait, open the package, and include the slip (which I assumed a label would've been provided). However the only thing I had to include was a series of bogus numbers and I was responsible for paying return shipping. When I checked my tracking label, I saw that the label wasn't even generated until the next day, however they chose to lie and state it was already shipped so that the could charge a restocking fee of which I knew nothing about since it wasn't stated in their return policy or "about us" section. This company is awful, stay away.

Only ordered two things, got an email saying itemS shipped. Actual tracking number wouldn't show anything for three days. Package arrived a week later, only one of the items came. I emailed them about it, waited... emailed again 2 days later, got a response the following day "yes, it should be there in the next few days". No tracking number or anything, no apology for their screw up. I'll splurge the extra $2 and order from All Star Health or Bodybuilding.com.
