The selection of products is good, the prices fair… but when I received my order, the amount of plastic packaging used was shocking, and not necessary (really way too much!)
I will contact the website directly, and will give it one more try to see if they change the packaging to paper ir something more sustainable.

Even though your site says an order of $85 and above qualifies for FREE SHIPPING (and the amount of my order was WELL above $85 (even BEFORE using the discount code, it continued to add the SHIPPING CHARGE until I added another $13.99 to the order. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THAT ORDER FORM!

My ONLY somewhat negative remark is that your website is QUITE confusing! Maybe that's just ME and my fairly limited computer/on-line skills, but I don't always have "issues" with other websites/on-line companies. I found it less "intuitive" than most website I have dealt with. (But don't get me wrong, I STILL ADORE YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL COMPANY!
Anyway, OTHERWISE, I am absolutely THRILLED to have found your company, primarily because it's the ONLY on-line company I have found which sells LaValle canned tomato products, which I use EXCLUSIVELY for ALL of my homemade pasta sauces. I ALWAYS purchase 3-4 cases EVERY YEAR! And your AMAZING packing and shipping procedures are EXTRAORDINARY compared to a lot of other online companies. So thanks TOO, for that! You TRULY bend over backwards to pack these cans of LaValle so they are WELL-PROTECTED in transit. Better than ANY OTHER COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH! Even if the BOXES have been abused by the mail systems used (which can happen!), the cans are so INCREDIBLY well-packed, the cans arrive UNSCATHED or damaged in any way!
Except for there being a DIFFERENT photo of the product I ordered (which confused me!), the experience was stellar! Thank you!
