The title speaks for itself. This is not normal for SMI, as it's the first time I've had such an issue with them. Maybe it's because they are using USPS on this order.

Everything arrived quickly and safely. The pasta was tightly packed in a separate box so it wouldn't break. The San Bitters was wrapped in bubble and very well protected. Overall a great experience.

Packaging beyond expectations: Was hesitant about shipping multiple glass bottles but was amazed at how well protected everything was bubble wrapped.
The order took too long or it felt like it did because I could not track the package. I was worried the package would arrive and be taken from my porch before I had a chance to retrieve it. I received the package.
