I have been signing up twice with my phone number to receive 10% discount but i never receive it.

The products are excellent, ordering is simple and hassle-free, and the delivery is prompt.

Easy to navigate the site and good prices. I was able to find the product I was looking for.

Wonderful website, quality products, excellent customer service, but terrible shipping with USPS. Might as well ship with someone walking across country. Please use UPS or FedEx for the price charged shipping.

Ordering was super easy! Delivery was fast and products wore well padded to prevent breakage or leakage. Box was a little weak.

Nice variety and nice prices. Everything arrived securely packaged.

I received a confirmation of order. So far so good.
When I wasn't advised of shipment, I asked about it, and was told that I had canceled it.
I said that, actually, I had not canceled it, then was told that THEY had canceled it.
No notification of this until I checked.
Okay, no worries. Went about my day assuming cancelation triggered an immediate refund. Wrong.
Checking my bank record a couple of weeks later I saw that I had been charged a first payment without refund and was about to be charged for another.
Sent a couple of emails to the company but didn't get a response. So I opened a case with PayPal and they quickly got resolution.

I won't do business with this company again.

There's so much variety, I go to the sale section and I always find something new and relatively cheap. The foods from Europe are so much better.

It's perfect every time. It cooks up nicely with a smooth texture and tastes delicious.

Overall, very great. Orange honey sold out but received refund. Label on molasses different from one in picture which was why I bought it. Might want to update photo. Packaged very, very well. Have not tried any product yet.

So many wonderful items to choose from. Easy to shop and checkout is a breeze. Thank you.
