I made a purchased 1 1/2 Carat Lab Grown Diamond Ring In 14K White Gold, Solitaire on 3/14/25. It was beautiful but at least a half size too big and the stone looked very large on my finger so I decided to return the ring. FedEx delevered my return to SJ on 4/29/25. Customer Service was contacted and they verified receipt of the ring and that my request was going to the financial department. Still waiting for my refund.

When I placed my order it showed I had added the coupon to my order but it charged me the whole amount. I them sent an email immediately asking you to either change the price to the sale price or else cancel my order. You went ahead and sent my order but never adjusted the price not did you bother to reply to my email. When I received the necklace it was not what it was described at all. It's so cheap looking I would never wear it and isn't worth the sale price let alone the whole price. When I contacted you you refused to pay for shipping it back.
