I just received this necklace but it's not what I was expecting! The Diamond is very very small and very yellow! The color at least was supposed to be G/F? I'm so disappointed! I will be returning, please advise how to return. Thank you!

Easy had what I was looking for. Reasonable prices.

Things were a little confusing for a few days lol but the girls were helpful and got it done. Every time I called I got a different answer I'm surprised I got the right order. One dept can't complete an order from start to finish so you have to wait for a call back so which made getting the gift a day late for a present

I ordered a 300 diamond necklace and it came with fake diamonds and most of the stones were missing and only 5 diamonds in the whole necklace but get this, it didn't even shine it looked dirty and there was no shine from the fake platinum and the fake diamonds. They looked like cloudy opals not clear diamonds and were so tiny that you wouldn't notice unless you starred real hard or used a magnifying glass. Or took a picture and made it big to see that they left out most of the stones. I read others reviews and though that this wouldn't happen to me but I did. I'm so upset. That was my gift to myself. That was so awful! Please go elsewhere, do not order from here! Run! Don't purchase from them EVER. IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO DO THIS. IM REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. It didn't even shine like real jewelry. And it looked dirty our the package. So disappointed.

I opened package and took necklace out and as soon as i did the stone fell out.this is the second item i have purchased from here that i had to return because it was broken
